The admissions process begins with a phone call to ascertain whether MMF may be an appropriate place for the individual being referred. If the initial discussions lead us to believe we may be a match, a visit to Merry Meadow Farm will be scheduled. Clinical information can be faxed prior to the visit to assist with the evaluation.
Under certain situations, we can travel to visit the potential Resident in his/her own setting, whether that be at home, in a hospital setting, or a different therapeutic program.
