The Main Farm is generally the first place a Resident will stay when arriving at Merry Meadow Farm. The Main House offers the most supervision, allowing the staff to complete an evaluation and create a plan to offer each Resident the best possible care. An individual may move on to another residence after a period of time, or stay here at the Main House. The Main House offers on-site house parents and the largest number of support staff. The administrative offices are also attached to this residence.
The Main House offers a wide range of convenient activities for Residents. There is a game room, entertainment room, in-ground pool, horse stables, hiking trails, gardens and a woodworking shop.
This house has 2 kitchens; one staffed for preparing lunch and dinner, the other is open to Residents who wish to prepare their own breakfast. With 10 private bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 on-site apartments, the Main House is a unique combination of enlivened activity and nurturing support. A starting point to a better life.
